What herbs to use to flavor ... a dessert?

The mint : it's the most famous herb in terms of dessert. It is found in syrup, it also marries wonderfully with chocolate preparations or berries. The mint is also very decorative, on our ice cream or our mousses (chocolate), it brings a touch that will make all the difference.
