What sport for me: the athletic

You run, you swim, you jump ... You're a real addict to sport who practice almost daily. By the way, when you do not have your quota in the week you do not feel good. The rise of endorphins during a workout is a real drug for you. You are a true sportsman and it shows on your figure: many envy you your athletic body. You are also always looking for a new sport or looking for your next activity. Here are some tracks to follow.
 
The opinion of the coach : For big sports, the important thing is the challenge. They will have to choose a sport whose goal is to move forward, for example by setting an increasingly high target each year. Achieving this goal will give them flawless motivation. They will also be able to give themselves a more global goal, for example to do the marathon, and then establish a program to achieve it. The most motivated could even consider getting into the competition. But, beware, big sports people always want to go beyond their limits. Be careful not to push too much anyway.
If you have time, there is also the option of fitness level confirmed. These sessions that last between 1:30 and 2am have a frantic pace. Boxing, new sport fashionable for girls, also allows to spend a lot of energy. Side sport collective, football and rugby are also activities that require a lot physically.
