- 3 Kg in 1 week with Valérie Orsoni (day 6): the slimming recipe of the day: tomato soup and peas

ingredients
  • A bowl of fresh tomato soup or brick (I prefer fresh if possible, do your best ok?)
  • Twenty fresh peas, frozen or canned
  • Oregano
Steps
  1. Warm up the soup avoiding the microwave (which destroys almost all antioxidants in less than 1 minute of cooking!).
  2. Warm the peas.
  3. Pour the tomato soup into a bowl.
  4. Add about twenty peas delicately on top (it floats it's magic).
  5. Add some oregano for the taste (but it is not obligatory, do not worry).
  6. Enjoy!
