4 gourmet ingredients for a vegetarian burger

Eggplant
Generous and tasty, grilled eggplant lends itself easily to any eccentric burger. It can be combined with tomato, melted mozzarella and artichoke cream for an ultra-gourmet recipe, and for the final touch a little basil!

Humus
Mashed chickpeas and sesame, hummus is a delight of oriental cuisine to enjoy alone or with a piece of pita. For a spicy burger, opt for well seasoned hummus, a hint of tabasco, always slices of grilled aubergine, sautéed red pepper and a sprig of coriander. Caliente meal guaranteed!

Tofu
For the fans of tofu, do not panic, Coralie proposes to associate it with guacamole vero: avocado, finely chopped red onion and tomato, for an original avocado cream and raised with garlic, coriander, lime and thyme added to the cream to perfume. Vary the pleasure by frying your tofu!

With a base of beans or chickpeas, falafel is the small veggie pancake perfect for an oriental burger, accompanied by fresh mint, yoghurt sauce and some sesame seeds, it will delight your taste buds. To change, replace the falafel with a slab of quinoa, on which you will have a slice of orange and sesame cream: guaranteed pleasure!
