Bugey Cerdon, sparkling white wine from Savoy

Wine Region : Savoy
Designation of origin: Bugey Cerdon
These sparkling wines are composed of Gamay and Poulsard black for the rosés, and, for the whites, d'Altesse, Chardonnay and Mondeuse whites, mainly, and incidentally of Jacquère blanc, Pinot noir, Gamay noir or Molette.

We recommend the Cerdon Method Ancestral, produced by Alain Renardat-Fache in Mérignat:
Sparkling with a grenadine color, with ripe banana and raspberry aromas, its mouth is supple and gourmet, and its taste, very fermented, is tinged with grapes and berries. Delicate and silky in the finish, its taste is particularly persistent.
Vintage to privilege: To drink very young.
Indicated price : 14? about.
The good agreement: A real treat for the summer afternoons, aperitifs and light desserts with red fruits. Especially since it displays only 7% alcohol.
