Childcare: Parents can now handle the unexpected

All moms have ever experienced one of these situations. Some use a system D (a friend, a granny ...) but others find their feet and hands tied. The guard mode is a daily concern within families French. From now on, Mom and Dad will be able to have peace of mind thanks to the group O2 which has the solution to find an emergency childcare. You dreamed, O2 did it! A national emergency child care solution was born. Since September, O2 has launched this new emergency childcare service. With 130 branches in France, it will be available in more than 5,000 municipalities.

And how does it work?

O2, as a service provider, takes care of everything. After the call has been made by one of the parents, the counselor proposes in thirty minutes, as far as possible, the availability of an O2 childcare. Once the availability has been validated, the parent must go to his client area. O2 has indeed developed a customer area allowing parents to complete certain formalities: transmission of information on childcare or signature of the contract and payment of the contract. O2 is then responsible for establishing the customer invoice and the salary sheet of the child care.

For your dream to become reality during a strike or a health problem of the child or the nanny, you just have to call the national number of O2 the 02 43 72 02 02 from 7:00 to 20:30 in week and from 9:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays. Emergency child care calls will be given priority.

To do more for families

To complete this formula, the O2 group has launched the first mobile application for emergency childcare: SOS kid O2. This application will save time for parents. Indeed, anywhere, anytime, parents will be able to join one of the advisers O2, which in 30 minutes, will propose according to the availability a childcare O2. With this new service, Group O2 wants to help parents facing these unforeseen events. This application is downloadable on Iphone and Android.
