In late pregnancy, I wanted to cocooning but also to enjoy between girls (with my friends, my mother, my beautiful sisters) ... the last moments before the big leap into the unknown. I knew the baby-shower series such as Sex & the city, so I thought why not? Meeting with Jelena from Baby S Event: love it! We saw each other twice before D-Day and we called each other but I made him 100% confident. D-Day, Jelena has everything in place, I had not seen the 3/4 of the decor! I was expecting something very pretty but here .... it was just INCREDIBLE !!! Can not find the words to describe this, everything was perfect in every detail, as I like! Knots, spades, candies, chocolates, cakes stamped in the name of my daughter, cupcakes, meringue trees, candy boxes, garlands, an American cake ... so many beautiful things in a decor girly, childlike, oversized, tender, sweet ...
For the unfolding, it's like a birthday snack! Once the guests arrived, we nibbled delicious delicacies while chatting. We also had a cupcakes workshop with a pastry chef (I did not want a workshop or games a bit corny in the American way!). And finally the opening of gifts: full of beautiful things for Isadora (combi-pilot, sleeping bag, etc ...) but also full of care for me for the post-pregnancy. At the end of the afternoon, all the girls are left with a small bag filled: small gifts (candles, etc ...), their cupcakes, cakes and candy packets in the name of my daughter! At first I was very emotional and really happy !! 1 year later we still talk about it! I am very happy to have had this baby shower, it is a beautiful memory and I keep a lot of precious elements of decoration and photos for my daughter Isadora later!

My friends organized me a baby shower in 2008 when I was pregnant from my little Emy (who is 3 ½ years old today!). As it was for me the only pregnancy I wanted, I wanted everything for this pregnancy: 20 pounds more (that I could have done without), pregnancy photos and of course a baby shower. Also, I was delighted. In fact, it was more like a baby shower day: morning: pregnancy photos. Afternoon: a masseuse came to my home to give me a special woman massage pregnant. And in the evening: the baby shower party. They had all prepared me full of little games and especially, they came with a polaroid and they took pictures that they stuck in a small album with lots of annotations.
So, for each of my friends, when they fell pregnant, I wanted to organize a baby shower for them: decoration, little games, gifts, chatter, sweets, jokes ... It was for me something very important. Having become a photographer myself, I photographed them with their round tin and gave them the album to their baby shower. This is a must for all moms. The 2nd babies arrive and for nothing in the world we will miss this event!

I discovered this custom through a friend when I was pregnant of my first child. After having difficulties to be pregnantI decided to give ourselves this day. I went through a specialized agency (Baby S Event) to make it really perfect and the result delighted me. I wanted to be surprised, so I gave carte blanche to my friends and the organizer for a baby shower for my little boy, which bears the name of the Patron Saint of children. I had imagined a protective atmosphere, Zen, reassuring. Blue is perfectly combined with the cream color.
A universe full of tenderness, with a tree made with small meringues (my sin mignon.Ce was a day full of simplicity and emotions shared with my friends.We did a brunch and tasted around a buffet, we have peeled the catalogs of child fashion. It allowed me to discuss about my pregnancy, the changes, the received ideas ... A real moment of sharing and exchange. At the end of the day, my friends left me a very nice bouquet of flowers and a box for half a day of post-natal care, which was a delight when baby arrived.
