The essential thing is to concentrate and become aware of this movement, as well as to understand its usefulness. This awareness of the gesture is essential for the course to be effective and for the effect on the stress feel it. Once we have assimilated the movement, we learn to control it and maintain the position for a few minutes and move on to another.


The goal is both to relax and relax the back muscles that are too contracted because of the stressbut also to learn to tone and strengthen them to avoid future pain. The courses of Mind & Body will therefore also be very useful for all those who have scoliosis, a deformation of the spine, because the strengthening of the back muscles will help reduce this inclination of the spine.
