The test
After registration on the site with a questionnaire, we access our space. We want to start immediately to eliminate everything on the board of the day. The video exercises are short and simple, it's good for self-esteem! On the food side, the recipes of the dishes displayed on the menu are given. But when you look more closely, the shopping list is quite endless: if we continue, we will buy the entire supermarket!

Weakness
The slimming profile after the questionnaire is quite weak and 15 days seem a little short: we can still buy a box but we would like it to last a little longer to include a stabilization phase. Moreover, the list of races is untenable, too complete and therefore complex, which encourages us to abandon the recipes of the site, however simple.
Conclusion
A nice program, complete and motivating, we regret maybe the signature "slimming coach" that is really virtual ... A good value for money compared to food supplements of the same family.
