Existential question of the summer: what to think of the top cropped?
Born in the 80's among sportsmen in bad of comfortable outfits, the top cropped- or small short top discovering the navel- was taken again in the nineties by the stars such as Madonna, Britney Spears or Fergie. If this small piece of cloth was often synonymous with real disaster at the time, it tries a return in force but of the sweetest way that is. Already acclaimed by the stars (obviously always ahead of us), the little top court offers a new youth and even redefine our dressing room. And yes, which says top cropped, said game of volumes and lengths and therefore pieces perfectly adapted to him.
So the top cropped, we adopt or we go our way?
A little daring as hell! This summer, we fall for the top cropped and rather than twice. However, some conditions are necessary. Indeed, to avoid looking like Shakira in the clip ofWhenever, Whereverwe will never associate our little top with a skinny jeans (or not elsewhere) AND low waist. The top cropped version 2012 is automatically worn with a skirt/trousers/shorts tall. The navel must be covered without exception.
How to wear it?
The cropped top is a tiny piece but will define your own look. We take example of the stars, who offer us several choices. So, as Kristen Stewart and Solange Knowles, we can bet on the perfect combination: top cropped + skirt long. Here, everything is done in the suggestion. Our preference is still to the little sister of Beyonce and its neo boubou look, colorful and so hippie chic.
If the skirt Oversize is not your ally, play it like Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus, who are not afraid to dare the bra with a shorts tall. Of course, we will replace without problem the bra, judged too lolita, by a slightly longer top (just to avoid the beach look). The more rock will throw themselves on the grunge limit look advocated by the young Miley while the others will bet on a more classic look and classy in the way of Selena Gomez.
