The program is established on six days a week. The seventh day is "free". This day is meant to be educational because the client must himself compose his menu thanks to the lessons he has learned from the dietician. Several sheets are however available on the website of My Chef thinness. They allow him to plan, independently, his menu according to the calories of each ingredient and the objectives set.
Clients will also receive a guide on which much advice is provided and a small notebook to follow up on their diet.
