I want J Lo's buttocks!

Whether flat or drooping, there is always an exercise adapted to your body type! Jean-Christophe Blin, coach at L'Usine gives you his advice fitness for a butt of hell!

Exercise 1 "special flat buttocks"

- the slots : Stand with your arms along your body, move your right foot far in front of you and bend the knee 90 degrees. Keep your back straight and knee above the ankle. Return to the starting position. Repeat the exercise thirty times on each side.


Exercise 2 "Tonic Buttocks"

- the outbreaks : kneeling, resting on the forearms, flat back and head in the extension of the column, push the right heel to the ceiling, leg bent at 90 °. Contract the abs to relieve the lumbar. Make two sets of 20 on each side.
 
 
Exercise 3 "special saddlebags"

- starting position : lying on the left side, legs bent, the left arm supports the head.

- exercise : raise your right leg about 50 cm from the ground by placing your foot slightly "in". Do not tilt the pelvis back, it is the external muscle of the thigh that has to work. Do two sets of 30 moves. Then change sides.
